Terms and Agreement for Accommodation with Pets
When staying with pets at Grand Stay Yufuin, you must strictly abide by the following terms and conditions. (This agreement applies to pets other than assistance dogs)
- [About pets that can be accompanied]
・The dog must be at least 2 months old and kept indoors.
・There must be no more than 3 animals per room.
・There is minimal toilet discipline, etc., and there is no unnecessary barking or jumping.
・You must have been vaccinated against rabies and viral infectious diseases (5 or more mixed vaccines), be at least 2 weeks and less than 1 year after vaccination, and present a copy of the certificate upon arrival.
・You have completed measures to exterminate fleas and ticks, and you must not be in estrus, during menstruation, or pregnant.
・You must be registered as a livestock dog at the public health center in the municipality where you live.
・You must not be infected with an infectious disease and be in good health.

- [About equipment for pets]
The guest rooms are equipped with:
Roll-over (adhesive) cleaners, toilet sheets,
Poop disposal bags, food and water bowls, bath towels, air purifiers
- [About the stay]
・Outside of the guest room, please put it in a carry bag or cage or put on a pet leash brought by the customer, and be careful about safety before moving.
・Please do not shampoo, trim, or brush pets in the guest room.
・To prevent infection, please do not enter the unit bus.
・Do not place it on bedding or bed.
・Please do not use the towels provided in the bathroom for pets.
・In the act of excretion, clean up after removal so that the smell of manure does not remain at the place of excretion
that's bad. Also, if you excrete on or near this facility other than a guest room, clean up after hygiene, and dispose of excrement in the dust box inside the guest room. Also, after checking out, we ask that customers take their own excrement home.
・Meals, bedding, etc. for pets are not provided at the hotel. Please bring something you are used to everyday.
・When cleaning the guest room, you will be asked to leave the room with your pet. Please check with staff for specific times.
・Please do not leave pets in the guest room and leave them outside the hotel. If unavoidable, please put it in a carrying bag or cage brought by the customer and do not leave it in the guest room for a long time. This facility is not responsible for any trouble during that time.
- [Precautions]
・Pets are not allowed to be kept at this facility.
・Even if an accident or trouble occurs due to the injury, illness, or death of a pet, we are not responsible for anything other than those caused by intention or gross negligence on the part of this facility.
・If another customer, employee, or third party suffers damage due to an accompanying pet, the person who suffered the damage will be compensated for the damage.
・Buildings, furniture, fixtures, equipment, and other equipment (hereinafter referred to as “equipment, etc.”) Please be careful not to damage it. If equipment etc. are damaged or damaged, please be sure to contact the front desk of the facility. If dirt, damage, or damage to the equipment etc. occurs due to the act of excretion, you will be responsible for the cleaning fee, repair fee, etc.
・Accommodation may be refused if the facility determines that an accompanying pet causes inconvenience or danger to other users, or if these terms and conditions are not followed. Please note that in this case, the accommodation fee already received will not be refunded.
・Other than other rules relating to pets, please comply with the Grand Stay Yufuin Accommodation Agreement and Usage Rules.
