Terms & Condition

In order for our guests to have a safe and comfortable stay at this facility, we ask that you understand and cooperate with the following rules based on Article 10 of the Accommodation Agreement so that you can comply with them.

  1. About the use of facilities

(a) If we determine that you cannot enjoy glamping safely due to bad weather, natural disasters, etc., we may ask you to evacuate or move.

(b) Use beyond the number of people who have applied is prohibited.

(c) You can only use the accommodations specified at the front desk. Entry into other accommodations is prohibited.

(d) Noise caused by music is prohibited after 22:00. Also, please be considerate of other customers and refrain from making excessive noise even outside of the hours.

(e) It is prohibited to bring in sound equipment such as musical instruments and speakers into the facility.

(c) Please refrain from using playground equipment that may cause inconvenience to other customers. Also, if a third party suffers damage such as injury due to the playground equipment brought in, it is the responsibility of the customer who brought in the playground equipment, and the facility is not responsible for it at all.

(ki) Fireworks inside the facility can be used in a dedicated area. However, fireworks are prohibited at all.

(c) Please refrain from tampering with firefighting equipment, etc. as it will interfere with maintaining safety.

(k) When using this facility, this facility is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or accidents or injuries caused by use beyond the scope of risk prevention actions due to customer carelessness.

(c) This facility is blessed with nature, so there is a possibility that there are wild animals. Please be careful when using it. This facility is not responsible if you are stung or bitten by a vermin.

(a) When leaving the guest room during your stay, be sure to check that it is locked.

(c) If necessary for hygiene management, we may enter guest rooms.
We will ask for cleaning every day. Also, as a general rule, we ask that guests staying consecutive nights who do not wish to be cleaned at least once every 3 days

  1. About meals

(a) Please refrain from bringing in food into the bedroom.

(b) Please do not throw away food or leftover food outside the designated trash bin in the guest room.

(c) Please turn off the fire after using the Shichirin.

  1. About bonfires

(a) Bonfires outside of built-in bonfires are prohibited at all. There is a risk of fire, so please abide by it.

(b) Throwing anything other than designated firewood or charcoal into a bonfire is prohibited. Bringing in firewood or charcoal, or using picked branches, etc. is strictly prohibited. (c) Never put stones, trash, PET bottles, paper, etc. into a bonfire.

(e) In case of strong winds or bad weather, the use of bonfires may be prohibited. Please be aware in advance.


  1. About using guest rooms

(a) Please refrain from smoking in guest rooms.

(b) Bringing charcoal into the room is prohibited. There is a risk of accidents or fires due to carbon monoxide poisoning, so please do not do it.

(c) If facilities or equipment are damaged intentionally or due to excessive drinking, we may claim damages.

  1. Prohibition of nuisance

(a) Please do not bring the following items into the facility that may cause inconvenience to other guests.

① Something ignitable or flammable

② Extremely large items

③ Excessive weight

④ Things that smell bad or are unclean

⑤ What is prohibited by law from possessing

⑥ Items that violate public order and morals

(b) Please refrain from acts that cause or may cause inconvenience to other guests, such as being drunk, having a banquet in a guest room, or acting abusive.

(c) Please do not gamble or engage in other acts that disrupt public morals.

(d) Please do not distribute advertisements or sell goods to other customers without permission within the facility.

(e) You are not allowed to enter facilities other than those for customers, such as employee equipment.
